The Care Connect team is for showing care to those in our church. These are members who are identified for specific needs. If you feel lead, sign up in the areas you desire to help. Also, if you are a member and have a specific need, let us know on the "Care Connect Needs" form.

Care Connect Team is an opportunity to show Christ’s love through practical care and personal connection. By joining a Care Connect Team, you are volunteering to help encourage and serve those in our church family who are ill, homebound, or in need of extra support through visits, meals, prayer, or other acts of care.
